Today (July 25) marks the two-year anniversary of completion and acceptance of
the national earthquake intensity rapid-report and early-warning project.
China's public earthquake early-warning service system has been preliminarily
established, now covering over 400 mln people; mobile alert users exceed 228
mln, signalling the system has entered a phase of wide coverage, rapid reach and
greater precision.
