Ukrainian President Zelenskiy said on the 25th local time that Russian forces launched large-scale airstrikes across multiple locations in Ukraine, using two missiles and nearly 160 drones. Yemen's Houthi forces said on the 25th on social media that they struck Jazan in southern Saudi Arabia with missiles. Saudi civil defence issued safety alerts for residents of Jazan and the Red Sea port city of Yanbu, then lifted the alerts minutes later. On the 20th the Houthis announced a maritime blockade of Saudi Arabia and warned international shipping that vessels trading with Saudi ports could face military strikes.
