Qatar foreign ministry: Prime Minister reiterated Qatar's support for all efforts aimed at easing tensions and reaching a comprehensive agreement.

Foreign media reported a Ukrainian drone strike ignited a fire at a Tyumen refinery in Russia's Urals region as both sides step up attacks on critical infrastructure. Tyumen governor Alexander Moor said emergency crews are at the scene but gave no damage estimate. The refinery is about 1,700 km east of Moscow and roughly 2,000 km from the Ukrainian border. Kyiv forces struck inside Russia in June and the plant has been targeted before. The refinery, one of Russia's largest private facilities, has capacity of about 151,000 bpd and is a key supplier of gasoline, diesel and other oil products for West Siberia and the Urals.
