Providers have shifted to more flexible, covert models distributed across wealth-management apps, WeChat public accounts, mini-programs and Xiaohongshu. Industry sources say demand for real-time valuation is stronger in fast, tech-driven markets and the covert delivery models are harder to supervise. With financial licensing rules as the regulatory baseline, remediation should pursue two tracks: tighten behavioral-definition standards and detection of regulatory-evasion tactics; and expand compliant alternative services to channel legitimate market demand.
