The China Association for Listed Companies said its June monthly report shows 5,535 listed firms in China’s domestic stock market as of June 30, 2026—Shanghai 2,314, Shenzhen 2,898, Beijing Stock Exchange 323. By share type, 5,263 are A-share only, 265 have multiple share classes (A+H, A+B, etc.), and seven are B-share only. In 1H the market added 71 IPOs raising 70.574 bln yuan; 13 companies were delisted (nine from the main board), leaving a net increase of 58 listed companies. By sector, manu

By sector, manufacturing contributed a net +63 companies, while five industries including information transmission, software and IT services saw net declines in company counts.

The Exploration Company GmbH is negotiating to raise at least $300m, including part of the financing from the EU’s European Scale‑up Fund, in a deal that would value the company at over $2bn. The round is not finalised and is earmarked to support development of Europe’s first reusable space capsule to ferry cargo to the ISS and planned successor stations.
