The China Association for Listed Companies said its June monthly report shows 5,535 listed firms in China’s domestic stock market as of June 30, 2026—Shanghai 2,314, Shenzhen 2,898, Beijing Stock Exchange 323. By share type, 5,263 are A-share only, 265 have multiple share classes (A+H, A+B, etc.), and seven are B-share only. In 1H the market added 71 IPOs raising 70.574 bln yuan; 13 companies were delisted (nine from the main board), leaving a net increase of 58 listed companies. By sector, manufacturing contributed a net +63 companies, while five industries including information transmission, software and IT services saw net declines in company counts.
