The 9th forum, themed Stabilizing Cooperation and Building an Open World Economy, will stage a main forum plus a “1+4” program: the “1” is a report-release and international seminar that will publish the World Openness Report 2026 (including an updated World Openness Index), debut a new Export China Capability Development Report as a second flagship, and release a Chinese edition of the 2026 World Trade Report.
