Twenty vehicle-road-cloud integration pilot cities have deployed over 60,000 intelligent devices, serving more than 100,000 vehicles. Year-to-date passenger-car penetration of combined L2 driver-assist systems reached 70.5%; navigation-assisted driving (NOA) penetration reached 34.2%. The first batch of conditional L3 automated passenger cars has begun limited-area operation.
