The notice urges use of these community nodes to stimulate consumption—bringing domestic “trend” goods, export-quality items, local specialties and international brands into neighborhoods via legally compliant exhibition stands—and to run promotional campaigns. It encourages appliance trade-in schemes, digital and smart-product subsidy participants to hold community sales events and establish local service/recycling points, and asks auto manufacturers, dealers and recyclers to promote trade-in policies and, where feasible, conduct community vehicle displays, sales and test-drives.
