Five-Year Plan to accelerate deployment of drones and unmanned vehicles, build
AI R&D centers, and coordinate development with safety oversight while working
with other agencies to refine policies, regulations and standards. The postal
plan requires wider adoption of smart terminals and autonomous systems, stronger
end-to-end intelligent monitoring and dispatch, and mining of postal data to
track consumption, logistics flows and economic conditions to support government
decision-making, operations, market monitoring and command-and-dispatch.
