Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps claimed a missile strike on Jordan's Azraq air base destroyed three U.S. F-35 fighters and damaged three more, saying the action was retaliation for an alleged U.S. airstrike on Qeshm Island that killed three civilians. The claim has not been independently verified.

China’s Ministry of Industry and Information Technology said 1H 2026 software business revenue growth by region: East +9.5% YoY, Central +13.5%, West +8.8%, Northeast +5.6%. The eastern region accounted for 84.4% of national software revenue. Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei revenue rose 9.2% YoY and made up 27.2% of the national total; the Yangtze River Delta rose 10.8% YoY and accounted for 29.9%. Top five provincial markets by software revenue were Beijing, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Shanghai and Shandong, with YoY gains of 9.2%, 9.6%, 10.2%, 11.1% and 6.7% respectively.

CITIC Securities published Honor’s fourth IPO counseling progress report on the CSRC’s IPO counseling system. Honor completed listing-counseling filing with the Shenzhen bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission in June 2025. The latest counseling period covered April 1–June 30, 2026. During the period shareholders appointed one new director and the company’s equity structure changed, prompting a change in the counseling recipient. The fourth-phase work focused on comprehensive due diligence, project working meetings, governance improvements and vetting proposed fundraising investment projects. CITIC plans to continue with the current counseling team.
