Foreign investors net bought KOSPI stocks worth 7.2 tln won on Friday, the largest single-day net purchase on record.

On July 30 the China Coast Guard carried out law-enforcement patrols in China’s Huangyan Island territorial waters and adjacent areas. Since early July it has stepped up patrols and enforcement, employing verbal warnings, interception/blocking and water cannon to expel unauthorised intruding and harassing vessels, and has tightened control of the waters to safeguard China’s territorial sovereignty and maritime rights.
