CSRC’s International Cooperation Department issued a record notice for Weidali Technology Co., Ltd.’s proposed overseas IPO and conversion of domestic unlisted shares to full circulation. The company plans to issue up to 220,164,400 ordinary shares for listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX). Seventeen shareholders intend to convert a total of 765,789,470 domestic unlisted shares into overseas-listed shares for trading on HKEX.

On the 31st (local time), Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said its navy struck and detained two tankers in the Strait of Hormuz that Iran said were violating a ban. The IRGC said the vessels attempted to transit despite warnings while under U.S. military escort. Four other tankers altered course and returned after warnings. Iran warned it would respond to any attempts to disrupt navigation in the area.
