Paramount (PSKY.O) announced it is extending the expiration date for its previously announced exchange offer and tender offer.

The Ministry of Civil Affairs and four other departments issued a joint notice on July 31 launching a nationwide rectification campaign for matchmaking agencies, running through February 2027. The campaign targets seven areas: unlawful registration and service practices, deceptive marketing, fraud by fake matchmakers, contract-signing violations, disorderly fee management, superficial verification of key information, and leakage or misuse of personal data.
