On Aug. 2 an IRGC spokesman said in a briefing on Operation Victory-2 that an Amazon data-processing center in Bahrain was designated as a strike target because it provided intelligence support, cloud computing and services linked to U.S. military command. He did not specify when the strike took place and said the action was one of Iran’s responses to U.S. attacks.
