JD.com's food-delivery arm said it will roll out an AI-equipped smart helmet to couriers in the near term, initially distributing free units to full-time riders and later expanding access to all riders. The helmet includes a built-in "Single-King route" function that automatically parses order notes and issues pre-delivery reminders to riders.
