Snap (SNAP.N) shares rose more than 9% in U.S. after-hours trading.

Zhen'an Technology filed a second revised proposal for a private placement to specific investors, adjusting total proceeds and the subscription amounts for Ning Huaxiang and Shenzhen Dongchuang Digital Technology Co. The company now proposes to raise up to 630 mln yuan from Ning and Dongchuang (inclusive) to replenish working capital and repay bank loans. Ning is a co-controller of the company; Shenzhen Dongchuang is an enterprise controlled by Ning Huaxiang and her husband Zhou Jianqi.

早盘收盘，国内期货主力合约涨多跌少，硅铁涨超4%，集运欧线涨超3%，20号胶、不锈钢（SS）、PTA涨超2%，橡胶、焦煤涨近2%，菜油涨超1%。跌幅方面，红枣、SC原油跌超1%，燃料油、玉米跌近1%。
