A temporary shift in Ukrainian drone targets has reduced strikes on refineries, boosting domestic refining runs and cutting Russian crude exports. Industry-compiled tanker shipping data show four-week exports to Aug. 2 fell to 3.9m bpd — the first time in six weeks below 4.0m bpd and the lowest level since mid-June. If Ukrainian attacks on refining facilities resume, Russian crude exports could rebound in the coming weeks.
