China dividend-focused ETFs recorded YTD cumulative net inflows that briefly exceeded CNY30 billion. The flows coincide with the start of half-year disclosures, which will reveal dividend plans, cash flow and profitability; banks, energy and utility leaders with sustainable dividend capacity are expected to attract investor interest and support more durable price repair. Persistently low interest rates are also shifting household allocations toward high-dividend assets, underpinning long-term demand for dividend-like, quasi–fixed-income allocations.
