SanDisk (SNDK.O) reported strong fiscal 2026 Q4 results, with revenue and earnings beating consensus; revenue rose 372% YoY and 51% QoQ. Management said the upside reflected a mix shift to higher‑value customers (data‑center revenue +437%) and price increases. Guidance for the next quarter of $10.3–10.8bn in revenue fell short of Street estimates.
