U.S. District Judge Karin Immergut on Thursday issued a preliminary injunction requiring the Pentagon to temporarily lift its freeze on approvals and resume reviews of wind-energy projects to determine whether they would interfere with military operations. The order remains effective while litigation continues; renewable-energy groups say the freeze hit more than 100 projects across 25 states and threatened bln dlr of investment.
