Capital Power Trading Center, with Heilongjiang and Qinghai power trading
centers, launched the first grouped wind-solar green power transaction into
Beijing for summer 2026. The trades cover summer and autumn-winter load windows
and are scheduled to deliver 234 mln kWh of green electricity, including 47 mln
kWh during the summer peak. Wang Li, deputy general manager of the Capital Power
Trading Center, said Qinghai PV provides stronger daytime output while
Heilongjiang wind supplies more at night, and the programme uses optimized
day-night complementary relay trading.
