NVIDIA has agreed to invest $2 bln in power‑infrastructure developer Lancium and has committed to a further $1 bln once Lancium secures additional planned power resources, The Information reported. The transaction implies an enterprise value of about $10 bln for Lancium and its land and grid‑connection assets, including the investment and debt.
