terrorist act that amounts to warfare against the state and national economy. It
accused the Houthis of systematically striking ports and infrastructure while
alleging government siege, and blamed Iran for supplying weapons and technical
support. The government warned the threat now extends to regional and
international security and endangers Red Sea shipping, said it will protect
strategic facilities, and urged the international community to take concrete
steps to cut Houthi funding and arms flows rather than issue verbal
condemnations.
