CNOOC Tianjin said Bohai oilfield’s focus on new-area capacity and lean management of mature fields drove Phase I start-ups at Kenli 10-2 and other hundred‑million‑ton-class fields; cumulative oil and gas output in 1H exceeded 21 mln tonnes, a record high, accelerating conversion of reserves into production.
