The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps spokesman said on the 9th Iran’s strategy is to maintain control of the Strait of Hormuz until adversaries accept all Iranian conditions and acknowledge defeat. He said Iran has forced the enemy to abandon previously set objectives and that the opponent is now concentrating on reopening the Strait of Hormuz. He added Iran’s resistance will continue indefinitely and defeating the enemy is an unchangeable Iranian strategy.

Germany is seeking to attract at least €3.75 trillion in private capital by 2040 and will hold its first investment summit in Berlin in October. Recent polls show the AfD may win an absolute majority in the September state election in Saxony‑Anhalt. The head of the Federation of German Industries said AfD participation in state government would be disastrous, creating uncertainty and weakening Germany's appeal as an investment destination.
