TVB said its board on Aug. 10 intends to form a joint venture with Jihui Capital to provide compute services. Ordinary voting shares in the JV are proposed to be held 51% by TVB and 49% by Jihui Capital. The project will be implemented in phases over the coming years. Funding will include up to HKD 2.0 bln of equity from Jihui Capital, project bank financing and the group's internal resources.
