South Korea will enact a special law to accelerate construction of major semiconductor and AI projects.

NVIDIA (NVDA.O) said it has formed strategic partnerships with Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs and KKR to create an independent compute‑financing platform designed to mobilize more than $500 billion of third‑party capital over the long term to build AI infrastructure. The platform will convert NVIDIA compute and full‑stack AI infrastructure into an investable asset class, broaden access to AI factories, generate usage‑linked long‑term revenue streams and support NVIDIA’s hardware sales and software ecosystem growth.
