Ukraine is exploring use of Moldova’s rail network to export grain to Romania’s Constanta port amid disruption to Black Sea shipping. Moldova deputy prime minister and infrastructure and regional development minister Vladimir Bolea visited Ukraine’s Odesa region on the 10th to discuss improving rail links and boosting transit capacity.
