Intel priced a registered common stock offering at $95 per share, selling 210.0 million shares. Underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to 31,578,947 additional shares. The deal size was increased from $15.0 billion to $20.0 billion and is expected to settle on Aug. 12, subject to customary closing conditions. Net proceeds are expected to be about $19.7 billion assuming the option is not exercised.

Iranian foreign ministry spokesman BAGHAEI said the U.S. Treasury Secretary had boasted of 'strangling' Iran with economic sanctions, which BAGHAEI said exposed Washington's coercive reliance on sanctions.
