The Wall Street Journal reported on the 11th that an internal Pentagon review found a series of US strikes in Yemen in 2025 caused hundreds of civilian casualties. The report marks the Trump administration’s first formal acknowledgment of the scale of civilian harm from its strikes on Houthi forces in Yemen.
