The PBOC, in its Q2 2026 monetary policy implementation report, said it will continue a moderately loose monetary policy and steadily, orderly reform the operating framework to better anchor short-term money-market rates around the policy rate. It will lean on market-based pricing discipline, strengthen interest-rate policy execution and supervision, promote diversification of loan-pricing benchmarks and guide banks to improve rate-pricing capabilities. The bank will continue pushing explicit disclosure of corporate loan comprehensive financing costs, reduce intermediation fees and support low overall social financing costs.

杰富瑞分析师Chris LaFemina把“一吨铜价格÷每小时劳动报酬”做成指数，并以1960年=100。测算当下指数明显高于1970年代约108，也高于2020—26年平均约95，因此按这一指标，铜相对于劳动收入处于过去65年最昂贵水平。 “铜越来越稀缺”的基本面方向有支撑。IEA最新预计，按目前已宣布项目计算，2035年铜供给仍可能比需求低约25%；标普全球则指出，新铜矿从发现到投产平均需要约17年，同时面临矿石品位下降、能源和人工成本上升等约束。 当前现货市场也很紧：8月上旬LME现货铜一度创下14,453.6美元/吨纪录，库存自5月初40.1万吨降至约21.5万吨。 “工时指数”本质上是铜相对工资的实际价格指标，会同时受到铜价周期、工资增速和宏观通胀影响。杰富瑞目前预计铜价到2031—32年可能升至8美元/磅、约1.76万美元/吨。
