Xinghe Power has started construction of a 1.5 bln yuan industrial base in the
Wanjiang Jiangnan New Emerging Industries Zone, Chizhou, Anhui, to industrialize
production of reusable liquid launch vehicles. The site will house a
reusable-rocket engine R&D center, phase‑II liquid-rocket final assembly line,
phase‑II Cangqiong engine final assembly line, a reusable propulsion test stand,
a turbopump hydraulic test stand and an aerospace research/education facility.
At full capacity the project will target annual production of 24 reusable liquid
launch vehicles and is expected to generate about 1.2 bln yuan in yearly output;
it is Xinghe Power’s second‑phase key project in Chizhou.
