All three A-share indexes opened higher; ChiNext rose over 2% intraday before paring gains to close up 1.61%. Shanghai Composite was up 0.42% and Shenzhen Composite Index rose 0.73%. Combined turnover on the two exchanges exceeded CNY 1.5 trillion and roughly 2,200 stocks advanced. Innovative drug stocks dipped early then rebounded to lead gains. The CPO sector was active. Compute-power leasing names spiked then pulled back. Precious metals eased, oil & gas exploration and services remained weak
