reached the breaking point. About 5,000 sailors and Marines remain on a
deployment that began Nov. 21 supporting U.S. actions in the Middle East against
Iran; the deployment, originally due to end in May, has been extended with no
return date announced. Families raised concerns about fatigue, safety and mental
health at a recent online meeting. The acting Navy secretary told families a
team will relieve Lincoln but gave no timeline, citing operational security;
