China has commissioned the Ulanqab Xinghe base, described as the world’s largest single-unit intelligent computing center, spanning roughly 20 football fields with 160 MW of power capacity. The facility is built with on-site wind generation and a dedicated transmission line to supply about 80% direct green power, uses AI-driven power management and storage, and supports parallel capacity on the order of one million accelerator cards and P-level compute scale.
