美银估算,2026年以来美国非住宅建筑业新增约9.5万个岗位,AI及数据中心相关制造业新增约3.2万个,两者合计贡献了今年约四分之一的私人部门新增就业。 BLS最新数据也支持前半部分方向:截至7月,非住宅建筑就业同比仍增约3%,而住宅建筑就业同比下降1.5%,就业分化非常明显。 说明AI资本开支已经通过“物理建设”传导到劳动力市场:数据中心需要建筑工人、电工,以及服务器、电力、制冷等设备制造人员。因此,AI目前一边可能压缩信息、金融等白领岗位需求,一边又在传统蓝领和工业部门创造岗位。美银发现,信息业和金融保险业今年前几个月劳动需求分别下降约1.9%和1.1%,但尚未出现AI暴露度越高、整体就业下降越快的普遍关系。 注:美银把“AI及数据中心”相关制造行业重新组合后估算;非住宅建筑增长也包括厂房、能源等非AI项目。因此严谨来说,不是“AI创造了这12.7万个岗位”,而是AI基础设施投资正在成为美国商品生产部门就业的重要增量来源,并部分对冲白领就业降温。这也解释了为什么AI支出暴增至今,美国尚未出现市场此前担心的总量性“就业末日”。
