Semafor reports an adviser to the UK prime minister phoned AstraZeneca about its proposed merger with Bristol-Myers Squibb.

Ukraine's air force said on the 12th it will stop publishing detailed data on Russian ballistic missile strikes, citing shortages of air-defence missiles as Kyiv struggles to cope with intensified air attacks.
