Holdings jumped as much as 8.7% in Tokyo and SK Hynix rose as much as 6.5% in
Seoul. The Bloomberg Asia Semiconductor Index climbed 1.6%, poised for a fifth
straight session of gains. SanDisk said it expects revenue to grow 15–20% in
2028–2030, driven by long-term pricing agreements with customers. Ortus Advisors
Japan equity strategist Andrew Jackson wrote that long-term contracts for NAND
flash could help smooth the classic boom‑and‑bust cycle versus more volatile
spot memory prices.
