US stocks fell; S&P 500 down 0.23%, Nasdaq Composite down 0.45%, Dow Jones Industrial Average down 0.26%.

SK Group chairman Chey Tae-won received 1.75 bln won in 1H from SK Inc, according to the company’s half-year report filed with the Financial Supervisory Service on Aug. 14. His 1H pay matched the prior year and comprised salary only; no bonus was paid. Vice-chairman Chey Jae-won received 1.5 bln won in the same period. SK Inc. president Jang Yong-ho received 1.8 bln won, split into 1.0 bln won salary and 0.8 bln won bonus. SK Supex Council chairman Yoon Bong-yong received 7.715 bln won, including 0.5 bln won salary, 0.8 bln won bonus and 6.415 bln won from 12,103 performance stock units granted three years earlier.
