According to the Iranian Students' News Agency (ISNA), Iranian foreign minister Araghchi said Iran has not decided whether to resume talks with the United States. Qatar and Pakistan, acting as coordinators, are exchanging information with Iran, but that does not mean the US and Iran have entered negotiations.

Total interbank RMB market turnover via call loans, outright bond trades and pledged repos in July was 192.86 trillion yuan, averaging 8.39 trillion yuan/day, down 13.3% YoY.
