Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) said soldiers shot and killed two terrorists after they crossed the "yellow line" and approached troops in a threatening manner while attempting to sabotage IDF weapons.

Indonesia is advancing plans to establish an Indonesia Financial and Investment Center (IIFC) to attract global capital and leverage the country's rising appeal to investors, the government said. On Aug 15 the Consular Affairs Department of the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs said no foreign casualties have been reported following a 7.7 magnitude earthquake at 04:58:24 local time off Nagekeo regency, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). The epicenter was about 38 km northeast of Mbay at a depth of 15 km. The quake briefly carried a tsunami risk and prompted coastal evacuations. The Indonesian Meteorology, Climatology and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) said that as of 11:00 Central Indonesia Time (WITA) 111 aftershocks had been recorded, the latest magnitude 3.8, and seismic activity is continuing. The tsunami warning was lifted at 07:31. Remaining risks are aftershocks and damage to buildings.
