The 2026 Green Compute (AI) Conference will be held in Hohhot on Aug. 22.
Organizers will publish the Green Compute Development Research Report (2026) and
an East Data West Compute hub-node Green Compute Index report, and will sign a
batch of major industrial projects totaling at the tens-of-billions-of-yuan
level. Participants named include ByteDance, CICC Data, GCL Energy Technology,
Cambricon, Shanghai Beigao High-tech and CATL; planned cooperation covers green
smart compute centers, token-generation facilities, and compute-electricity
equipment manufacturing. The event aims to expand the Horinger data center
cluster and scale China’s green compute industry.
