SanDisk (SNDK.O) shares rose more than 10%, Micron Technology (MU.O) gained 5.6%, and SK Hynix (SKHY.O) and Western Digital Corp (WDC.O) climbed over 6%.

Greece plans to prepay roughly €13bln ($15.1bln) in 2026, aiming to cut its debt stock below Italy’s by year-end, a source said. Repayments would include about €2.5bln of European Stability Mechanism (ESM) loans and a €2.2bln bond maturing in 2027; Athens also plans to run down €1.2bln of T-bills by Dec. 31. The move, financed by a large budget surplus and ample liquidity, follows a €6.9bln rescue-loan repayment in June that has pushed Greece’s 10-year yield below those of Italy, France and the UK.

At Geely Automobile’s (00175.HK) interim results, Geely Holding Group CEO An Conghui said the group will in H2 continue to streamline operations and strategic allocation, improve system-wide synergies, reduce unnecessary intra-group transactions and construction, and close or transfer redundant companies and projects. He said the group will also fold more valuable existing and incubating projects into Geely Auto Group.
