IRNA reported Iranian foreign minister Araghchi said Washington has suffered
four consecutive failures: it failed to force Iran’s unconditional surrender at
the outset of the war despite a brief call by Trump for surrender; it failed to
effect regime change; it failed to divide Iran; and it failed in efforts to arm
groups across the country and in western provinces — US has acknowledged
supplying weapons but those efforts also failed.
