Henlius Biotech (02696.HK) said it has entered a strategic collaboration with Sandoz to develop up to 10 monoclonal antibody and/or antibody‑drug conjugate (ADC) biosimilars or components. The parties signed terms covering an initial three selected products and an option on a fourth. In April 2025 the firms agreed exclusive commercialization for Henlius’ ipilimumab biosimilar HLX13 across 46 countries including the US and Europe; the new arrangement deepens their existing oncology biosimilar cooperation.

Huahong Hongli (01347.HK) dived near the close, down more than 10%, with trading value above HK$5.5 billion.
