YONHAP reported on 18 that the special prosecution unit investigating former president Yoon Suk-yeol's household has brought additional charges against his wife, Kim Keon-hee. Prosecutors charged Kim with brokering bribes and abuse of power for obstructing the exercise of rights, alleging she intervened in the 2022 presidential residence relocation to steer work to a company close to her and received goods worth 10.12 mln won.

The State Council published amendments to the Housing Provident Fund Management Regulations, signed by Premier Li Qiang, effective Sept 20, 2026.
