Fitch Ratings says resource constraints heighten cyber risk for U.S. water utilities.

According to Iran's Press TV, Iran's chief negotiator Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf warned Tehran is prepared to deliver heavier strikes against its enemies in response to their actions.

Al Jazeera reported Iranian foreign minister Araghchi said the US sought to force Iran to surrender in the conflict but "we will not surrender," and is now "begging" to negotiate on Iran's terms. He said a memorandum of understanding with the US contains 13 clauses favorable to Iran and one favorable to the US, accused Israel of trying to block its implementation, and said Iran's military and battlefield capabilities underpin its diplomatic leverage.
