Ukrainian President Zelenskiy met Belgian Foreign Minister Maxime Prévot in Kyiv on Tuesday and said in a social media post that his team is drafting an agreement on bilateral drone cooperation and they discussed a possible signing date. He thanked Belgium for pledging more than €1.1 billion in aid to Ukraine in 2026.

Coal stocks rallied — Baotailong, Shaanxi Black Cat, Suda, Dayou Energy and Meijin Energy hit the daily upper limit. Banks bucked the market: China CITIC Bank +4%; Agricultural Bank of China, Bank of Nanjing, Bank of Chengdu, Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank and Bank of Chongqing also rose. Shandong Gold jumped about 6%.
