Sources said on the 20th UEFA, the AFC and CONCACAF are discussing initiating a
vote of no confidence in FIFA president Gianni Infantino to seek his removal.
FIFA statutes allow the FIFA Council to convene an extraordinary congress at any
time; if at least one-fifth of FIFA's 211 member associations submit a written
request, the Council must call one. Infantino plans to stand for re-election and
retains backing from some member associations, including CAF members.
